the hexies are 5 inches across - i used an x stitch on my sewing machine ... yes! I have way too many designs LOL

great design idea! Like the cross stitch on those hexies!i

5" across body of Hexie, or is that one side measurement. Did you machine piece them, then add cross stitch deco? Or are they epp?

Geri - it's 5" from one end to the other end , Yes, I machine pieced them, using the Y-seam (PITA ... gotta find a different method LOL) I don't know what EPP is.

The stitch is a quilting decorative stitch on my sewing machine - I have the husqvarna Sapphire 30 ... if that helps!
