OMGoodness thank-you for the morning smile the CPK hat is soooo adorable! I'm so far out-of-the-loop when it comes to trends with children's toys I had no idea that CPK are back. Our daughter who is 40 now wanted one back in the 70's and I was one of the crazy Mom's who had to find one for her little girl from Santa....I digress...

Please, please post a picture of your great niece in the hat after Christmas! I really like the quilt too, however the hat just made me smile and brought back precious memories.

The hat is so cute the quilt is very pretty to. I just bought my daughter who happens to be in her 40's an orginial Cabbage Patch Kid (Preemie,) for Christmas she was given one when she was a teenager by her brother she loved but somehow during moving from state to state she lost it, her husband was in ARMY for 20 yrs. She was just talking about it couple months ago, humm!! thought this was a perfect gift, not knowing how much price had changed since she was young, anyway that is what I got her. I was surprised they didn't include some cute clothes with the cabbage patch kid not thing extra but what she is wearing. Anyway I am sure your great niece will be thrilled the hat is so cute.

I love the quilt - the fabric is awesome and so is the cute Cabbage Patch hat. I remember when my daughter was little when the first Cabbage Patch dolls came out and we had to go on a waiting list to get one, and she's 36 now, shush don't tell anyone how old she is because then you might figure out how old I am. LOL.

Oh my gosh hadn't logged in, but when I saw the hat just had to sew I could comment on the hat. That is sew dang cute love it very creative. I do really like the quilt too!
