    Each horse applique has a unique material -- no duplicates. The horse patterns are from a book by Darcy Ashton. In all my months of looking I never saw any ready to purchase miniature donkey patterns. Can't help you there, so sorry!

    My GD is a horse fan too. Horses and cats and dogs.......she just loves everyone and everything that loves her. She would love that quilt.

    Where did you get the patterns for the horses? I have a girlfriend who went on SSI and had to sell her horse because she cound't afford to board him anymore.
    Is there a pattern?? I'd love to do a small quilt for her if possible.
