    Default Horse Quilt Finally Finished

My granddaughter loves horses and too many years ago, I promised her a quilt with horses on it. After several years, she will finally have her quilt. It became quite gigantic considering it began with a panel set. I used a high-loft batting and outlined the horses so they stand out, and followed the pattern with SID which made the fencing around the center horses stand out as well. Lots of challenges along the way so I'm happy to be finished.

She is going to love it. I like horses a lot too. When I was seven, I fell for a gorgeous Palomino. His name was Mister Ed.

Beautiful job! I'm sure she'll love it. I would have been over the moon to have that at her age. I was horse crazy, too. I still love horses.
