Default Horse Ribbon wall hanging for granddaughter

Finally decided how I wanted to make this for her. This was the ribbons she earned her first year of riding a horse. She did awesome, so I wanted to make her a special hanging with them.
Just started learning to quilt so this was a challenge for me.

You're learning to quilt and she's learning to ride and you're both doing great. I predict you'll have many more ribbons to work with and your quilting will bring you hours of pleasure! Congratulations to you both.

Wow, what a nice treasure for your budding competitor. She will have something she can show her own kids and grandkids in the future. Now the next ribbon project to work on will be one like this but for YOUR winning quilts.

What a great design. I have a lot of ribbons from my quilts and this looks like a neat idea!
