Default How to quilt this square

I am hand quilting 2012 Craftsy BOM. I need help on how to quilt this particular square. The other squares that I have done so far I have either echo quilted or done stitch in the ditch. Here is a picture of the block and of the quilt top.

    Hi,
Leah uses a large spiral on this block in her class. it complements the piecing really well imho.
Post again when you've quilted it please. I really like your quilt top, great colour choices.

I would stitch in the ditch....but maybe not every seam.....but still in a circular seam.
