    Default How to quilt this?

Looking for advice on this modern style wedding ring. I'm thinking about doing cross hatch kind of pattern in the background between the rings But there is so much negative space, should I continue the cross hatch all the way through?
Then there was a fleeting thought about recreating the wedding ring shape with stitching in the background, which I think would be really cool, if I can pull it off. but I don't know if I can pull it off!
    any other ideas?

    Thanks!

I love your idea of quilting the wedding ring shape in the background!

Cool top! I might chalk the background in squares and then do Continuous Curves/ Orange Peel designs in the background, it would look similar to the wedding ring pattern.

Such a beautiful design. Whenever I want the design to show more than the quilting, I use an allover pattern.

I like the idea of the crosshatch in the black. It would make the wedding ring POP.

Beautiful quilt! For some quilting suggestions, in the black center of the wedding rings maybe an orange peal design with some crosshatching. Then maybe for the rings themselves doing a curved design that you echo. Happy Quilting. Hugs Katie
