    They have many names and they have destroyed the forests in Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. It does make for pretty decorations but the mountains aren't so pretty anymore. :cry: I am glad to see people making good use of it though.

    My DH works at the lumber yard & has for years & it is called blue pine here. I have a lot of it in my bathroom. It is considered a specialty wood in this area. I think it is beautiful lumber. Your DH done a fantastic job in all he has built for you.
