It looks much better than mine, I go in cleaning spurts, when I start knocking everything on the floor each time I move it is time to clean!

Your rooms really aren't that bad. Most of it is neat. When you get to feeling down think of me scrubbing my bathroom today. My cocker spaniel "Rusty" got let out at 12:30 am to pee pee and decided to chase a skunk.Yeap! a Skunk!! this is the third time this month he has been sprayed. It stinks up everything. And just washing and opening windows does nothing.Forget the tomatoe juice it doesn't work either. It's way worse smelling than when one has been run over. Anyway see things can be worse than a messy room. Heal quickly. Mary

I usually take an hour (and I put the timer and radio on) and do as much as possible. No cutting, no sewing, just picking up and putting away. Good luck

Just let me send you a photo of mine and you will never be ashamed again. I used to be a perfectionist, but with age, that has slowing slipped away. LOL.

Posting pic made me think I needed to clean so thought I would put patterns back in binders. Have one bookcase just for patterns. I'm just about to the point I need to quit collecting patterns I couldnt believe I have 28 different patterns for sunbonnets. But on second thought you never know when you might need them at least thats what I told dh

Things always look worse when you are recovering, but when you're able, you'll be amazed at how quickly it can be tidied up. It's nowhere near a mess.
