have went through it and sometimes still do even after years of

Joan do not be so hard on your work! I think you did a great job. The next one will be better & so on. I agree that finished is better than perfect. So do not be hard on yourself. We are our own worst critics. And we all learn with each project. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. I have not tried the tube method yet but am going to & I grant you that yours will be better than mine will be. I always make a couple of sample blocks first out of ugly fabric or lesser quality fabric I have on hand. Then I do my actual quilt block. LOL Thank You for sharing.
