Default I Call it Pipe Dream

Just like the hand held game from Game Boy. Designed by me. Pieced in sections so that I would not get confused. There are over 90 fabrics not counting the light grey background. Total size is 60 x 72 inches. So....what kinds of things inspire you to design your own quilts?

Super quilt! Wouldn't that make a great pattern for a little person to drive their hot wheels on?

    So much fun!

Mostly my inspiration comes from the fabric I fall in love with and then as I hear conversations about things people like, I try to make quilts that incorporate these things.

Sometimes I just like to play with my scraps!

That's really great. Fancy designing it yourself, well done. Looks a good one to utilise those left over strips too. Thanks for sharing and you should be proud. I see you are a "super member" no wonder with work like that.

That is a fabulous design! I love how it came out. When it come to designing my own .. it comes from the fabric. There are some fabrics that I have a picture in my mind of what will look best .. then go from there.
