    Watson, I love your circles in the sashing and it looks as though you are getting quite comfortable with them. Are you FMQing on your DSM? I love the colors in your "square in square" pattern.

    jmoore, yes I am using my Singer S18 to do the FMQ-ing. If you aren't familiar with it, it is the same as the Janome 6500P. You will likely recognize that one. I'm getting more used to wrestling scads of material around. I'm using a ruler foot to make the straight lines and a FMQ foot for the circles. I ordered a non-hopping FMQ foot, a super slider and the blue bobbin case for my birthday so we'll see if that helps even more. I'm really hoping so at .37 cents on the dollar Canadian!

    Must admit, I've had practice. I did a large wall hanging and the background was a stone wall almost completely filled with pebbling.
