I would take any of your rooms in a heartbeat! We are replacing all the floors in my house so my sewing things have been packed away for two weeks. Even when it is out I only have a small fold up table on my side of the bed to hold the sewing machine. Everything thing else is tucked away all over my bedroom so nothing is convienent (sp?).

Okay -- How did I miss this thread!?!

I'm working on my June Doll Quilt Swap (that's Daisy doing the work) -- and getting ready to start a purse that was ordered today (the blue/yellow fabric beside the computer and Pansy)

You can see the beginnings of a couple more purses/bags on the floor, as well as some stuff to take out to the post office.

The teal bins hold my stash/fabric sorted for projects, one of the cubbies holds works in progess (that aren't on the floor) and the rest of the mess is just that, a mess.

    =)

Hello everyone and thanks for a peek into your sewing rooms. I have been gone and not able to check this recently but now I have wasted an hour catching up. Just could not resist clicking into another page and another journey. So many little things hidden and stuffed into corners of your photos. Do We Not All Have So-o-o Much Fun With Quilting! Ah-h-h, another mini vacation.

My stash was built up over a very long period of time. At least 16 years.

I want a grandbaby in my room!!

    So here goes...

I bought a dresser to put my ironing & cutting board on. I'm tall-ish and needed something higher. The dresser is great because I store my FQs in one drawer and 5" sqs in another then sewing tools in top two drawers.

I bought these big "dressers" (2 stacked together) at a home/hardware store. I put all my fabric in them.

You might not be able to see, but I have one of those label thingies and I love my perfectly lettered, gorgeous labels on my drawers and quilt boxes!
