    I made one like this too and at first I didn't like it but after I quilted I really liked it. I did not put any borders on it. I donated it to Hurricane Sandy relief.

    Not every quilt is our favorite ( as I have found) but there is always an interesting lesson for us, and I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love our discards way better than we do. Way to embrace your scraps!

    the beauty of scrap quilts is that, they sure don't look great going in...but Oh my gosh, they sure somewhow look great on the finished side! Great job!

    What size are your squares? I'd make the inner border that same width, probably of a solid.
