I am making this throw blanket for my son's girlfriend. She's a big Chicago Bears fan. We are all die hard MN Vikings fans so this is a tough one. To make matters worse the Bears and Vikings face off tonight in one of the strangest events ever. Our Metrodome collapsed last week end under 17 inches of snow so they are playing outside at the University stadium. All week they have been clearing it of snow since it was closed for the winter. Now we are in a winter storm with roads closed, schools let out early and an expected 6-8 inches of snow. Son is at the game with his girlfriend, i hope there is still a relationship after the game.

Still have to finish the binding, note the purple section on lower right (go Vikings!)

I know the feeling. Had to make an Alabama houndstooth Bow Tuck Tote for my SIL. Being from Louisiana (LSU fan) I was really tempted to put LSU fabric on the inside LOL

both your teams can freeze to the field tonight, for all I care, but I know how you feel. Making 49ers stuff for my husband is always tongue in cheek.

Great job, and I know how you feel... I am a die-hard Redskins fan and am in the middle of making a Cowboys (can you believe it!) baby blanket for a friend.

I'm sure the presence of Cowboys fabric in my house is the real reason for our horrible season!
