I finally braved my 1st FMQ on a quilt......
Another UFO done woohoo ! It is done in the Ruby Flannel Collection, front & back with Hobbs 80/20.
It is far from perfect & after ripping out stitched for the 3rd time, I took a deep breath & remembered how
Leah Day says, " You don't get better at quilting by ripping out stitches, you get better by Quilting".
So I just went for it & pressed forward. I did STD in the rectangles & then an all over sort of stippling lol.
It has been washed, has the perfect crinkle for my taste. Over all I am happy with it.

Good for you for trying FMQ. It will get faster, easier and smoother each time you do it. I just saw a quilt with my first feathered wreaths. Oh they are so bad technically. But they were all consistently technically bad. At least I can see how far I have come. It does look very good for your first attempt. It is so wonderful we have the internet as a learning tool.
