    I need suggestions!
Then my daughter gets off the bus and they (her and my husband) run off to St. Louis to get him a new belt for work. He comes home with a Brother PQ1500 (and his belt). We were suposed to go get it a few weeks ago, but the weather was so nasty and there was a bunch of snow it was just bad. So we never made it. I knew I would get one just didn't know it would be last night.
I have been looking for just the right 30's repros to help with a treasure I found for $30 in an antique shop. It is a grandmothers flower garden with fabric from the 20's thru 40's. These are perfect & I found the entire 61 piece collection at The Calico Cottage Quilt Shop in RI. They only had 1 left! It will be mailed today. I can't wait. Thank you for posting the photo.

Congratulations!! What a sweet thoughtful hubby. Love the fabric. I have been cutting out fabric for Sunbonnet Sue and the fabric you have would be perfect. Who did you order the fabric from?

Perfect fabric for a Grandmother's flower garden. Wow, an unopened box, open it already, the suspense is killing me! Time to take it out and play.

I can just see a grandmothers flower garden out of that material. I want so bad to make that quilt but I just don't think I am ready yet. My mother left me 2 tops she had made and I have hand quilted one and soon will stert the other one. I love that pattern.
