I honestly think some of it has to do with his brother passing and their shared love of snoopy, he misses him sooo much... It was double sentimental.
Honestly, if you have a guy that thinks (grandma quilt) = no enthusiasm for a quilt...You just can't wrong with a camo quilt lol...If he's a manly type man keep the design simple..
On the other hand my son has requested for me to design the most non traditional/deminsional/unique quilt ever..
Thank all of you for the compliments on the quilt as well as my hubbys reaction....I do appreciate him.................But, he still can't retie a loaf of bread etc lmao (kidding)

You're obviously a caring lady to give your DH exactly what he wanted. He must feel very loved.

Great quilt. Gotta keep hubbies happy, so we can keep on quilting.

You just gave me a great idea for my brother - I had bought flannel with a pine tree and brown pine cones and didn't quite know what to put with it. He's a BIG hunter, so I'll just use camo backing! He will love it.

I got it on ebay under "snoopy applique"..Its an iron on and a little thicker but worked out fine...I also purchased a red barron one as well but, didn't use that one..I was going to applique a camo headband or collar on snoopy but, ran out of time lol
