    If you can draw the shape you want on newspaper, take it to the store and most of them will cut the acrylic for you. Congratulations on your find.

    Great fine, you could that beat the price. Congratulations to you. It will make your sewing more enjoyable. And there are still allot of GOOD NEIGHBORS.

    Congratulations on your great find. As Quiltngolfer suggested you might be able to get some one at the Lowes, Home Depot etc. to cut it for you. For now a nice plastic shoebox with lid from the $ store may fill in the space behind the machine for a while until you get it done.

    That's a great desk and great buy for $14.99! I like the way the machine sits down in the recess.

    Exactly what I need, you are so blessed. If you could make a template of the opening out of paper, you could take it to a glass cutting place and get them to cut you a piece of plexiglass. You could lay a piece of freezer paper or brown wrapping papeer over the opening and trace it. Shouldn't be too hard. Good luck, you'll make it.
