Oh I just love the idea of having the lights for bobbin and oiling wish all my machines had this feature. Have fun!

I have this machine with a Grace frame. I bought it new in 2008. I love mine. Never had any real problems. My biggest problem was putting the bobbin case in with the thread going over the correct way! Happy quilting!

Really happy for you. You sure did make a huge leap from one little machine to this one! I'd say you're sure about loving this hobby! Have fun creating a sewing room that'll be your happy place for making hundreds of beautiful quilts!

I am so happy for you. New toys tend to be inspirations, and I hope you find all kinds of projects for you to do together.

I have had this same machine and frame for about 9 years and still love it! Never any problem with my machine, I love it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I love mine. Congrats!!!

I don't have that particular machine nor a frame but I do have a different Viking. I've had it for 10+ years now without a minute's worth of trouble. Enjoy.

I am happy to hear all of the positive comments about the Viking Mega Quilter. I recently purchased thru Craigs List from a lady that purchased it new. Even after the move, it sewed perfectly without a single adjustment. I am still practicing at this point, and almost ready to load a real honest to goodness quilt top!
