    Wow, that should impress the instructor! I so admire the bagpipe players and esp. like "Amazing Grace" and "Oh Danny Boy". Guarantee you that I will tear up.

    We gave the bagpipe mini to his teacher this past Tuesday night. My son's bagpipe teacher and his family were in awe of this. I guess he collects bagpipe stuff. It sounded like he had never gotten a handmade quilt before let alone one that had a bagpipe on it. He sent his wife to hang it in his office. I'm so glad I took the time to make it for him.

    Isn't it nice when they appreciate it? I'm glad he let you know how much it meant to him. I think it's wonderful and that was so nice of you to take all that time to pp it for him. Most people just buy gifts nowadays. We quilters are rare!
