    Hi!Unfortunately, my English is not well!
    I use fusible interfacing onto the satin before I sew.
    I made the tree of life with a sandwich block. I wrote the pattern with air eraseble pen.
    The whole blanket made of individual blocks. I will sent(on this site) pictures for details! When I sewn a metal-thread, I used a metal-needle, I tried a lot to succeed!
    I wish you much patience and a successful, enjoyable work! I did this.

    Each block was quilted first, as we call QUAYG? Did you machine quilt it?
