    What bravery, to do a whole quilt in satin. I shuddered and put off for a week knowing I had to cut off and hem my grandaugher's first formal dress that had a white satin front and a floral sequined flounce and back train. Actually, the satin turned out to be easier to work with than the poly floral was, but I still was a wreck, working on it.

    This is just beautiful! I embroidered a satin ring bearer pillow for one of my sons when he got married, but I sure didn't think about a quilt!
