    Default I Love Sock Monkeys

I decided one day to make a Baby Quilt with Sock Monkeys. . . So this is what I came up with.

Adorable! I love that the hats match the block borders. Such a happy quilt!

What a great quilt for a toddler. I like how you fussy cut the bananas in the star blocks and the monkey playing peekaboo is too darn cute.

That is just fabulous! When you say, "I came up with.." If you mean you designed the whole thing, you should market the pattern. It's a winner!

Oh man, that is just so cute! A sock monkey has to make you grin for sure, you've done a great job!

This is adorable! I can't tell you how much I like this. The monkeys sure are playful, too and the bananas are the perfect touch. You need to make a stuffed one to include with it. I made a tree full for my grands for Christmas one year out of different colored men's socks. Even the older ones liked them. So tell how you made the monkeys and bananas. Is each piece cut out and hand sewn on like needle turn applique or is it machine stitched on? I am sorry for questions but am fairly new to piecing and making bed quilts.
