Default I made a Barn Quilt

Saturday my LQS had a class taught by Shelia Snyder of License to Quilt on painting a barn quilt block. We were provided with materials - prepared board, patterns, tape, brushes, paint, mounting screws and lots of expertise. By 4 PM I had completed block ready to go home and mount on my garage. Was a really fun class and I may have to make a few more of these. Hubby mounted this morning.

I love seeing on people's barns or garages or even a fence. They are just cool.

Oh that makes me wish we had barns nearby! Not a one! Very pretty.

Very nice. My husband and I spent last Tuesday touring the barn quilts of Green County Wisconsin. They have more than 150 barn quilts there! Lots of fun to see all the variations.
