    for my 3 yr old grandson,Jack today.

    stitch and flip..flannel backed and i made strips for chenille on the ends..

    That is really lovely, and perfect for kids who don't like the itchy factor of wool. And grown ups too. I had a blue one like that when I was a kid, and I loved it. Silk on one side, flannel on the other, made out of Nanas scraps. He will love it - but don't be surprised if it becomes part of games with toys!

    This is a great idea. Do you think you could back them with fleece? Would use up a lot of scraps. Thanks for sharing. And your fabric made me smile.
