That sounds good, too. Then what for binding? My binding ends up being about 1/2" when it's finished, so it's kinda just an outline.

Sorry to be so needy, but I don't have that color wheel - now I understand a bit more about the green- got to do with that color wheel thingy. :-)

I like the burgandy. Maybe a small one with that and the small print floral one for the last border? Forgot to say how much I like your quilt! Nice!

I agree with a narrow burgundy boarder and a wider boarder. The floral would work or something else. What are you using for backing. I ususally try to do a binding that will work with both. With this fun pattern, I may do a mixed boarder with the 3 fabrics you use in the block. I like to use up my extra strips that way.

That's what I would do too.

My thought too about the floral fabric.... :D

I would try the light green for a boder. it would bring out the polka dot as the border.

great quilt top. Like the burgandy, and like the idea of a double border with small burgandy and floral. I'd stick with one of the fabrics already in the top for binding and find that if you're not sure, using the same fabric as the outside border works well.

I think a folded border in the burgandy then the floral would look good> I'm afraid if you used a lot of the burgandy it would over power the quilt.
