I like zebra as sashing. How about making an appliqued zebra to put in some of the centers?

What about adding a bow and/or a ribbon rose at the top of each heart. I like the idea of zebra sashing also. Those blocks are precious.

Just an off the wall thought. here I have seen the zebra strips in pink and white. I think maybe a small, say 3 inch border around it would highlight the lovely little heart blocks.

I love the hearts in a flower shape. Really a sweet idea.

Darling blocks by the way
    That's my thinking too.

Cute prints and delicate. I like the 3rd picture and I agree with Jeannie - you can keep the delicate look and yet give it a little punch with the zebra print binding. Have fun with your new baby girl.

Look at this quilt. Think about using this as sashing. Nine patch in the corner and then three strips of fabric. Hope you like this idea
