I hate to be contrary but I really like it on the burgundy - it seems warmer and more cuddly. Maybe use the muslin as the sashing. Maybe it's just my computer but the green is so dark that it almost reads black?

I like this one with the 2 color sashing. How will you lay it out?

what would it look like if you alternated the off white & the burgundy for the background? The block with the lighter color looks fine on the burgundy but I think the one you have on the white is too dark for it.

I agree. Then use the burgundy and green for borders.

just noticed your new posting - still think the white is too white for the cream center. I do like the green but would use it on all sides to frame & think alternating background colors (burgundy/off white) would look good with it.

I am thinking...one block with the green at the top...next block it will be on the sides.....and use the black...for the sashing...

I really like the 2-color sashing. There's alot to be said for a good brain storm!
