    My opinion only: Doesn't mean much, but this is what I would do: I would use a dense cream color with the burgendy or the green, but take out the white.

    My preference would be an ecru or cream background that matches the center hexagons. The white is too stark in contrast. Then use the burgundy as sashing and black as cornerstones. JMHO

    I would also use a cream or ecru for the blocks.
    Have you tried putting the green and burgandy borders beside each other not top and bottom or side to side.

    I love this fabric! It is the only fabric, and the coordinates, that I only took 10 minutes to purchase to make a quilt for my sister. I had taken a piece of the fabric from her couch off the ruffle backside to match and it was perfect. Her colors are hunter green and burgandy. She has it hanging on the wall behind the couch. I think I used more of a cream rather than the lighter white. This will be a beautiful quilt whatever you decide. Good job!

    I suggest checkerboarding your background with the white and burgundy, with a narrow black sashing. :-) these blocks are Beautiful, btw...
