    Thanks. Well it was either take the old one off and recover it, or throw the chair out. At least I can sit without out sliding now. :lol:

    I took the cover off and used it as my pattern. I just made a casing and threaded 1/4 elastic thru it and it fits tight.

    Very pretty cover!!! And thx for the idea too...my chair at work is getting rather thread bare. "The girls" always look forward to my bringing in pieces for "show and tell"...now I can have a permanent show.!!
