I thought when I ordered this that I could do without it - but I wanted it and talked myself into ordering it online.

I've sent the company an email and hopefully they will replace it without a hassle.

Now I have to go lecture myself about not talking to myself. <grin>

The company should honor this. They can clearly see it hasn't been taken out of the packaging.

Make sure to send them this picture...and if they do not send you a new one free of charge and shipping let us all know... its so important to be able to trust an online site...never know what to expect.
