Ultimately it's your quilt, and your decision.
Can you live with it as is, or how about make a feature of the different blocks.
Put them equally spaced in the top as if it was meant to be. That's what I'd do. Also depends how much time you wish to spend on fixing it. You will have an original design at the end if you use the those different blocks.

If its any consolation, I ripped two different blocks out three different times today because I kept putting them on backwards. Very frustrating, but you'll love it when you are done

I decided to do like you and sew and how strange as my BOM from my LQS has their block almost like yours. There is a row of blues that cross with red and I like that. I would not rip out anything. This will be a unique quilt made your way. Who says we have to follow a pattern? Your quilt will be beautiful.

That is the kind of thing that will bug you forever if you don't fix it. Removing the geese in the middle row looks easiest. Then rotate the center block 1/4 turn. You'll be surprised how fast it will go.

Oh what a bummer. Put your pjs on, make a cup of lemon or raspberry tea, curl up on the couch with the tv on an rip slowly and enjoyably as though it is a part of completing the quilt and not correcting a mistake.

I'd rip the middle portion and flip the square around, reattach the flying geese. If you have 18 blocks that's nly 1/2 as maany as there are pieces to rip on the top and bottom....36 sides as apposed to 72. Good luck. It will be a lovely quilt when you get done.

Leave it! If it's perfect, The Gods will strike you with lightning. They're jealous old critters!

I think it looks fine - don't do a thing - hardly anyone will notice the error.
