    I made this I Spy Quilt for a good friend from our church that had a baby girl. I used photos of all her family members. She says its now how they start their day. She crawls around on the quilt looking for Daddy, Mommy, Grandma..... I had so much fun making it!! I have been making baby quilts and gifts for anyone who had a baby in preparation for my own grandchild. Well the time is here....I will be a Grandmother on June 10, 2011.....
    Let the quilting begin.....Just thought I would share....

    Congratulations on soon becoming a grandma. It's great fun! I have 5 from 18-7. I love making I Spy quilts.

    That is a great memory quilt! I just love the idea of baby crawling around looking for the family. CUTE!

    And CONGRATS Grandma!!! How very exciting. I hope I'm a good 20+ years away from being a grandmother...but my mom tells me its more fun than being a mother. All of the love and sweetness, a fraction of the responsibility!! LOL

    I love the idea of using family pictures in an I-spy quilt. Btw I really like the quilt.

    Congrats!! And that is one of the best I spy's I've seen yet. I can just see the baby hunting for everyone. Such fun!
