I-Spy
Back in July I posted a question about collecting fabrics for a couple I-Spy quilts. I appreciate all the feedback and wanted to show what I finally came up with. It is second birthday gift for my DGD. It was inspired by the Daisy Chain quilt tutorial:
https://bloomandblossom.blogspot.com...orial.html?m=1 and a collection of various fabrics. I have a hard time with scrappy quilts, and I think the sashings and borders help with the look. I have enough blocks to make three more quilts. One of them will be for another DGD's second birthday in February, and when I finish the other two, I will most likely donate them to Project Linus.
I may add a picture of the back later. It's world map fabric, so another opportunity for learning.

Thank you all for the kind remarks.
Jane ~ I didn't swap. I had to purchase strips of each fabric. That's why I'll end up with 4 quilts. Originally, I thought I would use two pieces of each fabric and end up with 2 quilts, but they would have been too big.
