Default I started this in October of last year......

i don't even know what to name this! i got the pattern from Fons and Porter; on their site she named it Emily's Wedding Quilt. i cut till i was purple, used 12 bobbins of thread and finally today finished the border. it measures at 114x114. i can't wait to see it all textured from the quiltwork! thanks for looking!

You did a beautiful job on your quilt. I've been looking at this pattern for several months -- I really want to do it too. It was done in 30's pri nts by Fons and Porter -- I live your scrappy -- it is a beautiful quilt. I can see that it is lots of cutting and sewing. I think it just got bumped up to next on my list! You should be very proud. Are you going to quilt it or send it out? What sort of design are you quilting in it?

Well, this is a beautiful quilt. I am not sure how you look being purple, but it is worth all your effort and then some. My friend wants to make one of these. Lovely.
