I do this all the time. I just moved into my brothers in Nov. and I have already rearraged my sewing room. He had just painted but the curtains he put up will go eventually just as soon as I finish my bedroom and bathroom. lol Not a whole lot of quilting going on here in the last month.

If it is any help, I am do a switch of houses w/ selling one.
I did hospice for my MIL last year and she left us her ranch.
As my DH and I both are having medical issues, we felt it better to move to the ranch.
Now is where the trouble started.
So we gave up our 2.5 story home started to downsize.
We had to move Mom's stuff pack and donate but since there is other family (not locally) things needed to be figured out. Mom was here for 58 years and I was at mine 36.. well since nether one of us toss out much this home looks like horders live here!
Yikes! Calgon can't take me far enough way! LOL
Still plucking at it daily and getting it down.
I have been donating to good causes. First time they picked up 25 boxes and bags!
Second round there was about 16. Moving it out!!
Last Thursday was about 6 boxes and I will never donate to that group again. Broke a lot of glass. Doublt any of the crystal ever made it to their stores.
Don't worry at least it ill be done to your satisfaction when ready.
    Dawn

Keep going but take frequent breaks. I had to re-organize for some "new" old machines I had found and used the opportunity to make the room more friendly; no more heavy stuff on top of cabinets so that i lose balance and fall off the stool! Now I am trying to finish up all the projects which don't have a place. One day I'll get there. You will feel good when you are done!

One thing at a time...I set a timer for 15 minutes to work on something. When the timer goes off, I quit! Hope that helps.

No way pregnant. The only thing I want delivered is my Avante. I just got home with the paint and will start as soon as I get off of here.
