I had an old red sweatshirt that had paint stains on it from brushing up against a freshly painted wall. I cut it up the front and opened up the side seams and turned it into a kind of crazy quilt. All of the fabrics are from my scrap bin. I had planned to put a zipper in it and then realized that I never use the zipper on jackets (I'm at that stage of life when a cool breeze is usually a relief). Hey...it may not be 'haute' Couture' but it should be warm enough for March in Ohio!
