I stole that picture from an Ebay listing....its listed for 14.99 but not my colors.

I bought a pattern for one similar to that. Here is a link to the online store that I bought it from:

It has bigger panels but you could probably adjust them to the size you want. I had forgotten about having the pattern til I saw your post.
