Oh these are my favorite shops ever--no need to go anywhere else (well, kinda :wink: ): Edgewood on Voak Rd, outside of Penn Yan and Golden Lane Fabrics in Himrod. LOVE these stores!! The first sells all sorts of items--including muck and puddle boots. :lol: They always have a table full of 30% off remnants and a shelf full of "buy one yard, get one free" selections. The second is all fabric. Ada owns that one--she just bought land to build a house and a new store. She's so excited. She'll move the shop in a year or so--once her new one is ready. She'll be closer to the fabulous sewing machine repair place--near The Windmill outside of Penn Yan. She always has stacks of remnants for a lower cost.

Edgewood is 10 min from me, Golden Lane is about 25 min.

There's another shop in Bologna--I can't remember the name right now--they have lots of great stuff, including fabric. The family is incredibly sweet. The quality isn't quite what the others are there, but she has some great prices.

All the shops are Mennonite owned.

I'd love to meet you at these shops sometime!
