    Default I won a quilt

    I just returned from a conference of woman pilots (one of my other hobbies). One of the fundraisers to pay for the conference was a quilt raffle. The maker was a member of the group who is also a talented quilter and longarm quilter. I bought $5 of tickets as we always do to support the cause, and I won! I was so excited as I've never one one before, although I've helped make raffle quilts. The blocks are from the book " Women of Grace & Charm" by Barb Adams and Alma Allen and it is a tribute to the women who served during WWII. The book was included with the quilt. This is the quilt:
