Lucky you, love your room and I am really impressed with your roll of batting above the board. Great idea!

Now I know why all your quilts look so great, what a fabulous sewing room and it would be so relaxing to sew in there. Did you do it all yourself great room.

I did, but I must confess the green on the walls was left by the previous owner. SOMEDAY that will become a family room / guest room. And I will have about half the space on the other side of the basement for my sewing room, which is still alot of space really. But for now this space is all mine and I do enjoy it. Wednesday nights I have 4 other people who come over and we sew and chat, so it's a nice place to get together with friends and sew as well. :)

Michael, I think your idea is great. Picture shows a nice workable space for quilting.

I just love your room and all the warm, natural wood in there. I would kill for this kind of space...not really, but I am pretty jealous.

It must be really nice to have room enough for a sewing room. I have to use our living room so it usually looks like a diaster in there, especially when I set up a "church dinner table, an ironing board, and all my boxes of fabric stuffed in a corner. Just hope company doesn't show up.
