    For that inner circle I would just find a plastic lid that fit over my raw edges nicely and draw my pattern on the fabric...margarine container, yogurt, s. cream, etc....

    It is great. I found it so easy to make the fan blades that I'm tempted to make more fan quilts!!!!!!! And plates!!!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

    Looks like a fun way to make Dresden plate blocks.
