Is that a Janome 4800QC? I have the same machine and LOVE it!

it is a 4800 but I've never seen a QC on it. I think the only thing it's missing is that mock hand-quilting stitch. I've had it for 7 years. I made it halfway done but my eyes gave out before the rest of me did :) I also got one french seam pillowcase done for the Crown Royal quilt which I hope to have pin basted by the middle of the week. This quilt took roughly 200 Crown Royal bags and the trim on the pillowcase is from the long piece of the bag left when you cut the front from the back of the bag. I used Synthropol and fabric fixative to set the purple dye since the bags aren't usually intended for quilts.

Oh yes, the backing for my daughter's quilt and the pillowcases came from Walmart's $1 table. 8 yards for the pillowcases, backing and enough left to do the binding on DD's quilt.
