To funny, some days are just better than others. I do like the material you used though.

I see three possible easy fixes
    1. I could see the hem in the shorter on but not on the longer one... did you forget to hem the longer one???
    2. Or, you could drop the hem out of the shorter one.
    3. Or, if you have a scrap of the fabric, you could attach a piece to the shorter one.

Not a hard fix at all....

The fabric was a gift from a woman who needed to destash before she moves cross-country. The fabric is from Jamaica.

    Yes, both curtains are hemmed.

I have a pair of curtains that aren't even close in length hanging in my bedroom right now...but it doesn't matter because the headboard is in front of the window.

:-) hahaha...yes, it's a familiar sight. When I first saw the photo I was wondering what was wrong with the curtain rod...love your creativity...reminds me of mine. (-:

OMGoodness! I made curtains once that were only half as wide as they should have been, but at least they covered the windows until I could get more fabric. Maybe when you move you'll have a shorter window to use this pair on & can shorten both to the right length. If you can't take them down without tearing the fabric, cut them off at the top as chose as possible, then use the fabric in quilts, table runners, etc. Take a few deep breaths & relax.

Whoa!! That is one of my fears when I make curtains so I only make them for me.
