Oh that is going to be one heck of a quilt when you are done! The quilting you've done so far is amazing! Like it lots! Keep up the good work and if you want, you can still continue to work on it until you need a break from it. Put it away for a while and bring it out from time to time. It will look wonderful when completed!

You are doing a wonderful job. Don't give up now. You may not want to look at it for a while when you're finished, but you will be so proud of the beautiful quilt you end up with. I did a queen-size "stack n whack" quilt on a standard sewing machine. I quilted it 1/4" from the seams there was a lot of twisting and tugging. I almost hated it when I got it finished, but now it's on our bed and I love it. So hang in there, you will be glad you did.

I'm with Hulalulu. Figure out how many blocks you can do comfortably at one time. Do them, pat yourself on the back and walk away, 'till next time. Looking forward to seeing it finished. It will be beautiful!

But it looks fabulous! I love it so far.
Can you try using your FMQ foot for the shorter lines? It takes some practice but you can do it, easier than keeping turning the quilt. But either way, keep going, it will be so worth it at the end.
