I'm ready to cry "Uncle"-help me not to give up!
This project has taken a few years. I made a few blocks, put it away for six months. Made a few more, put it away for a year. Started out thinking it would be queen size, trimmed it down to a big throw size. I thought echo quilting the strips would keep the modern look. But with this many straight lines, you have to use the feed dogs to keep them straight. I swear my arms are ready to give out from flipping and pushing this quilt through my machine.
Ok. Done with my break-diving back in.

i hope your arms hold out because it looks well worth the effort!

I think you will be pleased with it when it is done. Don't quit now. It will be beautiful for sure. I just finished one that about drove me bonkers. I am so glad it is done and pleased I persevered. You will be, too.

Don't give up! It's really going to be beautiful when finished. But, I bet you feel like you're wrestling with a bear when you're pushing & pulling...lol. You'll be so pleased after it's completed.
