    Ok Patti..here's the post. I took about a year to finish this quilt. It's a Karen Stone pattern and I began it in a class. I kept re-enrolling with the teacher in other classes in order to work on this quilt. It has since turned into a group of about 4 of us who get together close to once a week at her house to quilt and chat. Lots of fun, and it's helped me grow out of my funk a little bit.

    I need to name this one still...Indian Orange Peel is the name Karen Stone gave it. I was thinking "Shut Up" because it's so loud, and that phrase can be used for sort of non-negative slang...

    That is gorgeous and the colors are intense. Is it a paper piece pattern?
