    I like the inner border
    Blocks and pieced borders seem to 'float' and I like the look better than butted up against each other

    I think the inner black border is the way to go. It makes everything pop!!

    I like "with" best. Seems that the whole thing Breathes more with the inner border, gives a space for the eye to rest a bit. Love, Love the quilt :thumbup:

    Wow, great colors. I would do the inner border - gives the outer blocks some distinction.
