I can see some cloud shaped quilting in the "sky". Anything you do will look good. Love this runner!

Good ideas and agree that this is a nice runner. Maybe clouds in the center where the birds are and feathers on each end? You can send it my way if it disappoints you!

I agree with the cloud suggestion. I'd also add some swirls kind of around the birds to some their movement. I love this little runner! What is the pattern? Is it paper pieced? Yeah, I think I kind of have to have this one! We have bird feeders right outside the window across from our dining room table so this would be too perfect right there! Thanks for showing us this little beauty!!!
